Robotic Device
Engineering of a meccatronic hand to be installed on a robotic transfer station for extrusion press feed.
Its telescopic mechanism was suitable for multiple sizes of aluminium billetts handled in an high temperature enviroenment. This project came together with the engineering of an intermediate station to handle the billett during robot operations.
Rx Mobile Unit 4kW
Based on the konwledge gained in our previous business experience with Pro Design we developed an rx mobile unit starting from concept, thru pre series testing and final industrialization.
Rx Mobile Unit 30-40 kW
Another project developed for the same customer, increased capacity, in two versions with standard and digital x-ray cassette. Touch screen and other innovating functions to extend the numbers of possible anatomic parts to be exhaminated.
Portable mobile Unit
Portable rx unit for veterinary and human use with 4 kW power installed on a high frequency monoblock. Equipped with an LCD screen and more than 40 anatomical techniques.
Maintenance station for rotogravure machine cylinders
Development of a machine for the maintenance of printing cylinders for a rotogravure line. Positioning, safe shaft detenction and releasing of the cylinder locking systems. Trolley for extraction and replacement of the matrix cylinder. Installation carried out in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
